Digital Product & Refund Policy

Digital products

All products sold by Susana Hedman’s Coaching are digital downloads. Because customers receive access to digital content after purchase, sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

When we will help

Please contact us if you are charged more than once, receive the wrong file, receive a damaged file, or cannot access your purchase. We will work to correct the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Requesting assistance

Include the name and email address used for the purchase, the product title, the order date, and a short description of the problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
